GymCom Mobile App
GymCom collects no personal information. There are no accounts, no sign-in, and no user profiles.
The only things stored are your app settings (theme and weight unit), kept on your own device and never sent anywhere.
No analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and nothing is sold or shared. The app reaches the internet only to load reference photos.
GymCom is a training-reference and fitness-calculator app published by TexaWave Innovations ("we", "us"). This policy explains how the GymCom mobile application (identifier com.texawave.gymcomapp, on Android and any future iOS release) handles information. It applies only to the app, not to any website or other product.
We do not collect personal information. GymCom has no registration, no login, no account system, and no server that receives your data. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or any identifier, and the app does not generate advertising or analytics identifiers.
GymCom saves a small amount of data locally so the app remembers your preferences between sessions:
This is stored using the device's local app storage. It never leaves your device, is not readable by us or anyone else, and is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
The BMI, body-fat, protein, and calorie tools ask you to type values such as height, weight, age, and sex. These values are used only on your device to compute the result you see on screen. They are not saved after you leave the screen and are never transmitted anywhere.
GymCom loads exercise and reference photography from a third-party image service, Pexels (images.pexels.com). Loading an image sends that provider your device's IP address and standard request information (such as the image URL and your device's user-agent), exactly as any app or web page does when it loads a picture. We do not control and are not responsible for Pexels' own data practices — see the Pexels Privacy Policy.
No other servers are contacted by the app. There is no first-party backend.
The app needs internet access only, which the operating system uses to download the reference images described in Section 5. It requests no access to device features or personal data — no location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or files.
GymCom is a general-audience fitness app and is not directed to children under 13. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, note that no such information is received or stored by us.
Since GymCom holds no personal data on any server, there is nothing for us to access, export, correct, or delete on your behalf. You remain in full control of the only data involved: uninstalling the app, or clearing its data in your device settings, removes your saved preferences immediately.
If our data practices change — for example if a future version adds accounts or analytics — we will update this policy and revise the "Effective" date above before the change ships. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
Questions about this policy or how GymCom handles information are welcome at the address above.
